Life regularly throws us curve balls. Life transitions are sometimes foreseen and sometimes they are not. It is my role to help clients through these life transitions.
These transitions can take many forms, but often include:
Break-ups / Infidelity / Divorce
Grief and loss
Retirement
Career discernment
Adjustment and other Life Transitions
My role as a counselor is to create a safe space to meet you where you are and help you get where you want to go.
In our work together, you are the driver, I am the navigator. Tell me what you want for yourself in regard to counseling, and we will work together to get you there. If you don’t know, that’s okay and we will figure it out!
In addition to in-person appointments, I also offer Telehealth sessions to residents in Missouri and Illinois.
