I believe in treating the whole person, and view therapy as a collaborative effort between counselor and client. I am passionate about helping clients become empowered and aligning their inner and outer worlds with truth. I also enjoy facilitating the development of truth-based self-talk that supports healthy self-esteem and relationships.
